Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington has been announced as an ambassador for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and will help launch the official mascot at an event in the city tomorrow (September 20).
Adlington, who won two medals at the 2010 Delhi Games, joins Scottish cyclist Sir Chris Hoy in the role.
